02Water Treatment System

According to the source water quality, we adopt different equipment to produce pure water. The treatment capacity is 1-50 ton/hour. It can effectively get rid of muddy organic matter, iron, manganese and oxide, filter suspended substance, colloid, remained oxygen of microorganism and some of heavy metal ion in the water, reduce the hardness of the water to make all specifications of the water quality fully meet the state fresh water standard of fresh drink water.

03Juice Pre-treatment System

It’s a complete system used to produce juice beverages. It contains sugar melting tank, juice mixing tank, heating and cooling tank, sterilizer and so on. Depend on your different formulations, we can customize machines for you. Mainly used for pretreating of juice, tea or flavored beverages,etc.

04Juice Bottle Washing,Filling,Capping Machine

This fruit juice filling machine (hot filling machine, juice filling and packing machine) is a standard 3-in-1 monoblock for PET bottles. It realizes continuous rinsing, vacuum filling and capping process in one machine. It applies for fruit juice, tea beverage, functional beverage, etc. According to the special production condition, another sterilizing rinsing module could be added, that is 4-in-1 monoblock. The system has fully considered the beverage’s characteristics (such as the frothing of the tea drink and mixed juice) and the technical requirement of the hot filling.
