Part 1, the operation principle of the small bottle filling machine

The working principle of the small bottle filling machine is that the bottle is transferred by the wind channel and then transferred to the bottle flushing machine of the three-in-one machine through the bottle dial star wheel. A bottle clamp is installed on the rotary plate of the bottle washer, and the bottle clamp clamps the bottle mouth and turns 180° along the guide rail to make the bottle mouth downward. In a specific area of the bottle washing part, the bottle washing nozzle sprays bottle washing water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle. After rinsing and draining, the bottle is turned 180° along the guide rail under the clamping of the bottle clamp, so that the bottle mouth is upward.

The washed bottles are exported from the bottle washer through the bottle dial star wheel and transferred to the filling part. The bottle entering the filling part is caught by the bottleneck pallet and the bottle is raised under the action of the cam, and then the filling valve is opened by the bottle mouth. Filling adopts gravity filling method. After the filling valve is opened, the material completes the filling process through the filling valve. After the filling is completed, the bottle mouth drops out of the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the bottleneck transition dial.

The spin-stop knife on the capping part catches the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation. The capping head keeps revolving and rotating on the capping part. Under the action of the cam, the capping, sleeve capping, capping, and capping operations are completed to complete the entire capping process. The finished bottles are transferred from the capping machine to the bottle outlet conveyor chain through the bottle outlet dial, and the three-in-one machine is conveyed by the conveyor chain.

Part 2、The daily maintenance of the small bottle filling machine

1. Observe the moisture filter and oil mist pipe of the pneumatic combination two-piece before going to work every day, If there is too much water, it should be eliminated in time, and if the oil level is not enough, you should refuel in time.

2. During production, patrol and observe the mechanical parts frequently to see whether the rotation, the lifting is normal, whether there are abnormalities, and whether the screws are loose.

3. Frequently check the ground wire of the equipment and ensure reliable contact; frequently clean the weighing platform; check the pneumatic pipeline for leaks and whether the air pipe is broken.

4. The lubricating motor of the reducer is changed lubricating oil every year, check the tightness of the chain and adjust the tension in time.

5. If you stop using the bottle filling machine for a long time, you should empty the material in the pipeline.

6. Do a good job of cleaning and sanitation, keep the surface of the machine clean, often remove the accumulated material on the scale body, and pay attention to keeping the inside of the electric control cabinet clean.

7. The sensor is a high-precision, high-sealing, high-sensitivity device, impact and overload are strictly prohibited, no contact during work, disassembly is not allowed for non-overhaul.
