Description
1. This PET Bottle Water filling machines ( Washing Filling Capping 3 in 1bottling Machine ) for big bottled water , such as 3 liter bottle , 5 liter bottle , 6 liter bottle 8 liter bottle , 10 liter , even 15liters bottle . It adopted most advanced technology from Italy and Germany is employed in the design. The gravity fixed liquid surface filling is used.
2. The automatic filling way is fast, the amount of liquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.
3. Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turned over180~ along the conveying rail.
4.There are high pressure internal washing to make sure high efficiency of bottle washing.
5. More importantly , It integrated bottle washing , filling , capping into one unit . With high production speed .Smart operation , all production flow can be controlled by SIEMENS PLC (mircro computer) . And besides this , it only cover about 8~12 square meters , very small space .
Performance characteristics:
1. The machine is a fully automatic intelligent linear filling machine, which adopts advanced computer PLC control, photoelectric sensing and electric air control. The full-color touch screen man-machine interface, through the touch screen on the device, can complete the setting of the filling amount and the number of filling heads and automatically fill, and the process basically realizes one-button operation.
2. The whole machine is made of food grade stainless steel and meets food hygiene standards.
3. The self-flow filling principle is adopted to prevent liquid spillage. The drip-proof filling head ensures the cleanliness of the filling process.
4. Straight transfer, easy to adjust, suitable for filling most bottle types (especially shaped bottles).

1. Advanced intelligent operating system
With PLC software support, the adjustment only needs to set the target amount on the touch screen, and the device can automatically increase or decrease to reach the target amount. Color touch display, all functions such as operation, monitoring, operation instructions, etc. are completed in the touch screen.
2. Stable filling and rehydration function
Adopting the principle of functional separation, no rehydration is required during the filling process, and the rehydration process is not installed, thereby overcoming the instability of the refilling at the same time of floating filling.
3. Vial automatic card bottle function
This machine is equipped with a bayonet device to ensure the matching of the bottle mouth and the filling nozzle when filling small capacity (glass bottles, etc.).
4. Wide application range and convenient adjustment
It is suitable for the filling of most bottle types (especially shaped bottles), which overcomes the trouble of changing the dial when the rotary filling machine replaces the bottle type. For the irregular bottle type which can not be filled by the rotary filling machine, the machine has Greater advantage.

 Washer Part 4 bottles are running on the conveyer belt with photo electricity, the bottle cylinder will go out, meanwhile push the bottle into bottle support ring, and bottle neck support catch the bottle neck, then main shaft turned 180degree under gear wheel. Let bottle’s mouth face to land, jetting water into bottle, after a few seconds, the main shaft will be back, then finishing the washing. |
 Filler Part The machine is composed water/juice tank, float ball, shaft, filling valve, Pneumatic component, electric machine. Washing finished bottle is conveyed into filling position, cylinder push and hold the plate which can hitch bottles, the mouth of bottle can open the valve, finishing filling,plate which can hitching bottle will running down, the valve will closed automatically, the time lasting of filling can be adjusted . |
 Capper Part The working is intermission when running. There are six positions for capping, and have 1 capping head, can automatically capping. The capper will be screw type with 3 start neck finish. |
Cap Unscramble / Cap Loader Cap Unscramble Deliver the bottle cap to the capping part, and the cap elevator will adjust the cap to the correct direction, and wait for it to be transferred to the bottle neck. Cap Loader
