Description
PVC shrink sleeve labeling machine adopts PLC programmable controller, imported servo motor, servo driver, frequency converter and transducer; besides, this bottle label machine adopts the positioning module to ensure the casting label precise, rapid and stable. Our bottle labeling machine not only has a highly precise position for casting label, but also can withstand the perfect shape of the bottle after shrinkage.

 Main Labeling Machine This machine adopts international advanced technology, cover the circle label on the PET bottle, and then hot shrinking to fix on the position which bottle body designated. The machinery part adopts combination designing of modularization, and makes the machine reasonable. The height adjustment adopts motor fluctuating, it is convenient to replace the material. The special cutter head designing, make the film-rolling cut mor exactly and reliably. Mandrel Making mandrels according to bottle sample. To ensure that the label can sleeve the mandrel smoothly, and to brush down and cut the label. |
 Shrink Tunnel Steam Heating Shrink Tunnel can be applied to different and irregular bottle types, e.g. round,square and flat bottles. It adopts seamless tube, the distribution of low-pressure steam drum and the spout of steam use the separation style which make the tunnel smooth. The steam nozzle is divided to three adjustable segments; the height, position and steam output of each segment can be adjusted respectively; this guarantees a perfect shrinking effect. |
 Steam Generator The water is fed into the series of wholly automatic electrical heating generator by high pressure potential vortex pump made of copper with short water-supply time and durable service. A floating ball for liquid level is fixed in the water tank to automatically control the water inlet. Working system is all automatically controlled.After connecting the water supply and power supple for 5 minutes or so,it can output the steam continuously with high working efficiency. |
