Everything is progressing smoothly. While waiting for the customer to pay advance, we have confirmed the bottle designs, plant design, mixing system solution, machine customization requirements and so on.

As soon as we received the payment, our factory immediately went into production, take round a month to finish the production of the machine. All equipment are produced in strict accordance with the requirements in contract. During the whole manufacturing process, all machines have to go through three checks.

After all machines done, we will test both each separate machine and whole production line, let them continuous running at least 5 hours, to guarantee all parts are no problem. Finally, the machines will be inspected again, confirm it’s up to standard and sign by the person in charge before shipment.

We take videos while testing machines and show to clients first, and invite them come to inspect this production line. Confirm that everything meets their requirements, clients paid the balance. Our factory start packing and arrange shipping issues.

Before machines arrive at destination port, we prepared all required clearance files ( invoice, packing list, B/L, Form E) for clients, so they can directly clear customs.

When the machine arrives at the customer’s factory and they are ready for working, we arrange 2 technicians go there. They help them connect this production line, install machines and commission, also train and guidance their local staffs. All work was successfully completed within two weeks. Customers appreciate our engineers a lot, saying that they are very professional, efficient and serious in their work.

After passing the local government inspection, they soon started production. Now you have seen their products on the market and they are selling well.

For each customer, we will contact them regularly to communicate the status of the machine. If there is any small problem, we will solve it as soon as possible.
