RELIABLE washing, filling ,capping 3 in 1 unit is a new type equipment, which base on years’ usual practice and adopt the advanced technology,and absorb many clients’ views .It meets the client’s requirement about filling different bottle size through one set. The suspension card bottleneck is adopted to make changing the bottle size more convenient. It can deliver the bottles automatically by blind and then washing、drying 、filling、covering、capping by order automatically. It is impossible
to cover lids when the bottles are’t up to the limited level, or don't arrive to the limited possible, or to adjust the speed freely, for it employs the advanced PLC system and frequency conversion and speed control system. The function of touching the screen enables the operation easier and faster. It is mainly used to non-carbonated beverage (pure water and mineral water).
Machine Maintenance
a) Check and maintain all the working parts every week, check for loosen bolt, and bad pressure spring, and observe the wear and tear on the jaw(jaw wear too much needs to be changed)
b) Check the lifting, closing and leaking condition of the valve before production, any problem should be corrected in time.
c) Test several rotary caps before production, make sure there is no problem.
d) Main drive tear, capping transmission gear, cam, bearing and other moving parts should be greased regularly.
e) When start the machine, we must open the compressed air first, make sure the compressed air pressure is 0.6Mpa,the start speed must slow the n fast, cannot produce until make sure there is nothing wrong.
