This Complete Water Bottling Plant is used to produce polyester bottled mineral water, purified water, alcoholic beverage machinery and other non-gas beverage machinery.
Beverage Machinery can finish all the process such as washing bottle, filling and sealing, it can reduce the materials and Outsiders touch time, improve the sanitary conditions, production capacity and economic efficiency.
Remark: This production line is suitable for PET plastic bottles, we also offer production lines used for glass bottles, sachets, pouches, cups, cartons and so on.

③ 3-in-1 Water Bottle Filling Machine 1. This washing filling capping machine is automatic washing filling capping three in one machine. It's of many advantages, such as compact structure, perfect control system and easy to be operated. Advanced touch screen and PLC control system makes man-machine communication true. 2. Washing part in the washing filling capping machine is mainly composed of washing pump, bottle clamps, water distributor, up turn-plate, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray, rinse water take and rinse water refluxing tank. 3. ⑤ PE Film Shrink Wrapping Machine (8-10bag/min) It can automatically array, aggregate and align PET beverage bottle or other similar articles, then package it with shrinking film, finally produce finished products after shrinking by heating, cooling and forming. The packaged product is firmly bound with excellent appearance, which can be opened conveniently. By the way, Case packing machine, cardboard wrapping machine are also available. |  |
Air Conveyor The wind generated by the fan pushes the bottle directly into the filling machine to start washing. Note: Also, the air fan is equipped with a filter screen to filter air impurities first. Cap Unscramble / Cap Loader Cap Unscramble Deliver the bottle cap to the capping part, and the cap elevator will adjust the cap to the correct direction, and wait for it to be transferred to the bottle neck.
