Product Overview
1. The sparkling beverage filling equipment adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize fully automatic rinsing, filling and capping. This 3-in-1 sparkling beverage filling machine is mainly used for PET bottled gas contained drinks such as soda drinks.
2. This carbonated-drinks filling machine adopts advanced PLC control technology. The main electric elements adopt Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, etc international famous products. Each machine element that contacts with the liquid is made of high-quality stainless steel.
3. The production line adopts hanging type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle mould more convenient, faster. The capacity of model CGFD 8-8-2 can reach capacity up to 1500BPH.

Production Line Details
1. Bottle Blowing Machine
Complete blowing system including auxiliary machines like air compressor, air filter, water chiller , etc...
Suitable for blowing PET bottles of various shapes, from 100 ml to 2000 ml, wide application for blowing mineral water bottles, juice bottles, cola bottles.
Step 1. The conveyor takes the preform from preform container to orientation units automatically.
Step 2. Load the preform at neck up to preform holder, and then preform is conveyed into baking tunnel.
Step 3. After heating, preform is conveyed into the blow station, then close the mold, stretch and blow under low pressure and high pressure, exhaust, open the mold.
Step 4. The finished bottle is taken off by automatic discharging system
2. Water Treatment System
The main equipments are silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, reverse osmosis, UV sterilizer, precision filter, water tank, etc. Can effectively get rid of muddy organic matter, iron, manganese and oxide, filter suspended substance, colloid, remained oxygen of microorganism and some of heavy metal ion in the water, reduce the hardness of the water to make all specifications of the water quality fully meet the state fresh water standard for carbonated drink production.
3. Beverage CO2 Mixing System
The machine is made with the newest technology introduced from Japan.It is in the leading position comparing with similar products in china.The mixer is mainly suitable for mixing process of all kinds of carbonic acid drink.It is also used in mixing of slurry drink, fermented drink and other drinks.
By use of CO2 reflux deoxidation, not only saves CO2, but also achieves the objective of deoxidation and makes the deoxidation water have better pre-carbonation effects.
Convenient to adjust the gas content. According to the requirements of beverage gas content, the adjustment can be done through proper operation.

5. Shrink Sleeve Labeling Machine

Control System
The brand of the switch is Autonics, and all other electrical brands are Siemens and Schneider.
The electric box is inside the filling machine, saving the factory space.

The body and all pipes are made of stainless steel 304.
The parts of door and frame are all made of stainless steel 304 combined with nano glass to reduce the chance of glass damage during transportation.
