RELIABLE unscramblers are designed for quick changeovers (accomplished in a few minutes) and durability resulting in less downtime. All unscramblers can be upgraded with the ability to change production lines without buying new machinery or training new personnel.
Working principle
Disordered PET bottles are arranged and transported to the production line in order. According to the user's needs, different
bottle types can be changed easily and quickly. The body material is made of high-quality stainless steel 304/316, and other parts are made of non-toxic and durable materials. The main components of electrical and pneumatic systems are famous brand products. PLC programming control is used in the whole work, and the operation can be seen and touched by hand, with low failure rate and high reliability.
Working process
Bottle storage, bottle hopper, bottle handling slide, bottle outlet air duct.
PET bottles are loaded into the bottle storage hopper of the elevator by the bottle storage bin or manual assistance, lifted to the cylinder of the bottle discharging machine by the belt, driven by the bottle guide piece, then seeded by the bottle up ender, and entered into the air conveyor through the slide way.

Output capacity adjustable
Torque limit part is designed for the main motor reducer so as to protect the machinery if malfunctions occur.
Two put-casts in one cycle ensure that every work location should be with one bottle, which enhances bottle output efficiency.
The bottles are neck locked through the air conveyor so as to avoid overturn in delivery.
Dilapidated bottles will be eliminated by a special device.
A lock detector is equipped for alarming; when locked, the machine will automatically stop.
A photoelectric switch is set for starting when there is no bottle and stopping when there are bottles.
An oil pump will readily fill up the gears, bearings and the cams
Maintenance doors and mould replacement door provided.
Machine outer tank and Revolving tank and meet the bottle part are all stainless steel AISI304. Frame part adopts high-grade carbon jointing.
