The film roller is supported by the pneumatic expansion of the whole machine. The machine can change the film fastly, with only about 2 minutes.

The thin film exports by tension, which can be well-distributed and flat; The cutting film can be controlled precisely, with smooth incision.

The advanced control technology can maintain the precise synchronization and reliable transmission of all parts.

The heating box has the advantages such as reasonable structure, thermal insulation and accurate temperature control.

It is equipped with world’s most advanced control components from Siemens in German, P+F in German, SMC in Japan and Motor Leo in Italy. The equipment is excellent and the working condition is steady.

The transmission parts of machine adopt heat-treatment stainless steel or medium-carbon steel material. The spraying quality in the surface is fine. The machine has good property in anti-rust
