This PE film wrapping machine can be applied to both plastic bottles and glass bottles. With customized cofiguration and adjustment, it can be used for all kinds of shapes of bottles or cans. Capacity can reach up to 15-18 packs/min. PE, POF, PV etc. film can all be managed. Glass bottle, pop can, PET bottle and other material which 200 ℃ temperature-resistant.
General introduction:
Wrappage from single-line 90°change to multi-line again divide 1,2,3,4 line via bottle division board, via the front 1,2,3,4
bottle separately reach photoelectric inspection, convey belt stop, place-limit gas-cylinder work, wrappage was conveyed to cutting and sealing machine to seal and cut, wrappage was conveyed to contraction machine to contract via convey device, again convey to stock rack via cooling convey belt, when the first bag convey to contraction machine, the second bag auto arrange, then conveyed to sealing and cutting machine via pushing cylinder, again repeat the first bag recycle procedure.
Our Hot sale stretch bottle shrink wrapping package machine with heat tunnel will be connected to the producing line directly, the bottled or canned beverage after filling, labeling, will be send to the heat shrink wrapping machine, and the machine will adjust the packing speed automatically.
After the bottles or cans arrived our machine, the mechanical hands will push bottles into the machine together with the PE film , and then will cut the PE film as required, be send to heat shrinking stove, finish the heating and cooling process.
The bottles after packing will be with nice appearance, easy for transporting. And our machine can be widely used in bottled beverage, food, medicine, etc.
Instruction
--Bottle entering→ Auto unscrambling bottle→ Pushing bottle→ Heat sealing-Cool cutting →Pressing PE→ Shrink→ Cooling.
--This machine applies air-stirring mechanism in pushing bottle and hot sealing-cool cutting.（it uses flat silk pulse seal, the saw tooth knife cuts, the unique heat seal-cool cut mechanism, has guaranteed the packing agglutination, reliable, and artistic.
--Automatic unscrambling bottle’s appliance makes bottle changing more quickly and conveniently.
--Delivering film mechanism and the tensity voluntarily adjusts.
--PLC programmable procedure control system.
--It applies wing shape stainless steel heating system, which is durable for long time use.
--The heatproof Bolivian filament special fluorine dragon transportation net belt is used in shrink part to ensure the steady of transportation and high strengthen wear proof.
--This machine applies invert speed control net belt conveying mechanism.
--The direction of bottle entering can be adjusted according to client’s demand.

Q:What's your package and delivery method?
A:The normal packages is wooden box.If enter container the packages is too tight,we may use PE film to wrapping the machine.
If you have special package requirements, we will pack as you required, but the fees will be paid by customers.
We commonly use sea transportation, using container to deliver the goods through Shanghai Port.
Q:What is the warranty period of the machine?
A:Two years. Except the wearing parts, we will provide free maintenance service for the damaged parts caused by normal operation within warranty. This warranty does not cover wear and tear due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration or repairs.
