1) Washing part 2. Using company original tilting bottle clip, bottle clamp stuck bottleneck, avoid the traditional bottle on rubber clip to block the bottle thread parts may be caused by the pollution. 3. The rotary disk is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel, health and durable. |  |
 | 2) Filling part This machine include 12pcs filling valves. Specially designed according to the liquid feature, and the filling part is designed to be twice pre-evacuation.

3) Capping part The capping machine is made up of cap holder, capping slideway, capping upper part, capping lower part, elevating part and anti-circling column. Equip with 6pcs capping heads. |  |
 | 4) Control System Totally 3pcs control system are included, washing filling and capping parts all has their seperate control system and electricity cabinets. The brand of the switch is Autonics, and all other electrical brands are Siemens and Schneider. The electric box is inside the machine, saving the factory space. An external air box is additionally provided, which is convenient for observing the air volume outside and more neat. |
5) Flat Conveyor It is steady to convey the bottles. The conveyor is controlled by the bottle belts and main machine or the equipment up and down to make the bottle no falling, no stuck and no stocking. We set the location of the controlling switch according to the layout of the conveying system to make the users operate conveniently. |  |
 | 6)Prefect Frame The body and all pipes are made of stainless steel 304. The parts of door and frame are all made of stainless steel 304 combined with nano glass to reduce the chance of glass damage during transportation. The door frame is designed with large and wide handle. |

Part 2. Equipment Installation & Maintenance
With over 15 years experiences of production and export machines, we have sold machines to 50 countries all over the world.
After the equipment arrives at the customer's workshop, the user shall place the equipment in accordance with the floor plan provided. Our company will send experienced technicians to guide the installation, commissioning and trial production of the equipment. We will adjust the equipment to the design capability within the planned time. During the commissioning period, we are responsible for providing spare parts and accessories free of charge.
