This series of fruit juice production line are used to handle fruits orange, pineapple, mango, watermelon, melon, sugarcane, pomegranate and so on, with optional capacity from 1 ton/hour to 50 ton/hour. The juice plant design is shorten the time for the drink material contact with outside, Increased the sanitation condition and throughout and economy benefit.
Description
This complete fruit juice production line are used to handle fruits orange, pineapple, mango, watermelon, melon, sugarcane, pomegranate and so on, with optional capacity from 1 ton/hour to 50 ton/hour..
The fresh fruits processing line is customized based on different kinds of fruits, and option mixing system is offered for making flavored juice. Whole juice plant will be designed according to client's preference.
Remark: This production line is suitable for PET plastic bottles, we also offer production lines used for glass bottles, sachets, pouches, cups, cartons and so on.

Air Conveyor The wind generated by the fan pushes the bottle directly into the filling machine to start washing. Note: Also, the air fan is equipped with a filter screen to filter air impurities first. Cap Unscramble / Cap Loader Cap Unscramble Deliver the bottle cap to the capping part, and the cap elevator will adjust the cap to the correct direction, and wait for it to be transferred to the bottle neck.
