What is the process of a coconut water production line?

1. Water Treatment System
The main equipment is silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, hollow fiber, RO (reverse osmosis), UV sterilizer, precision filter, ozone generator, water tank, etc. All the machines will be PLC controlled, can be operated automatically, and also have installed with conductivity meter monitor, pressure gauge and flow meter. All the parameter in the machine can be monitored easily. |
2. Mixing Systen
It's a complete system used to produce juice beverages. It contains sugar melting tank, juice mixing tank, heating and cooling tank, sterilizer and so on. 3. Filling Machine
It is mainly suitable for the filling and production of pure water, mineral water, drinking water, PET bottled water, etc. Its sealing method can be equipped with metal anti-theft caps and plastic caps, which is an ideal equipment for small and medium-sized beverage manufacturers. |
4. Labeling Machine
Suitable for round, square, flat, cup-shaped, conical, special-shaped bottles, bottle (barrel) necks. The new cutter design is driven by a servo motor, with high speed, stable and accurate action, flat incision, and beautiful shrinkage. With the label synchronous positioning mechanism, the incision positioning accuracy is as high as 1mm. |

Washing Part:
>> It is mainly composed of a bottle head, an upper disc and a guide rail.
>> The bottle head rotates with the upper disc, and the bottle neck clamp is used to clamp the filling bottleneck, and the rail is flipped by one hundred and eighty degrees, rinsed and dripped, then flip 180°.
Filling Part:
>> It mainly consists of water tank, filling valve, guide rail and card bottle lifting device.
>> The bottle plate is fed into the filling machine, the bottle bottle plate is filled to hold the bottle neck, rotates with the water tank, etc., and the filling valve is opened by sliding on the guide bar according to the guide rail, and the filling valve is lowered after the filling is completed.
