1. Water Treatment System
According to the specific requirements and the source water quality system adopts exclusive configuration to produce pure water, mineral water, etc. The main equipment is silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, hollow fiber, RO (reverse osmosis), UV sterilizer, precision filter, ozone generator, water tank, etc. |
2. Mixing Systen
The juice mixing system formulates the production process according to the characteristics of different kinds of juice. According to the formula of the juice beverage, the juice preparation process is designed. |
3. Filling Machine
It is mainly suitable for the filling and production of pure water, mineral water, drinking water, PET bottled water, etc. Its sealing method can be equipped with metal anti-theft caps and plastic caps, which is an ideal equipment for small and medium-sized beverage manufacturers. The operation status of the photoelectric detection components has a high degree of automation and is easy to operate. |
4. Labeling Machine
Suitable for round, square, flat, cup-shaped, conical, special-shaped bottles, bottle (barrel) necks. The new cutter design is driven by a servo motor, with high speed, stable and accurate action, flat incision, and beautiful shrinkage. |
5. Packing Machine
It adopts special safety coating, anti-sticking and high-temperature resistant alloy knife, equipped with imported detection photoelectricity, which is easy to switch and choose. For thin and small packages, it can also easily complete the sealing and packaging operation. |
6. Blowing Making Machine
High Quanlity:Steady infrared heating system blowing and highly precise blow-mould closing system ensure quality. Making bottles by blowing PET preforms, it can blow bottles in shapes: carbonated, mineral, pesticide, cosmetics, wide-mouth, hot filling, and other packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET and PP etc., volume from 100 ml to 2000 ml. |

Washing Part:
>> It is mainly composed of a bottle head, an upper disc and a guide rail.
>> The bottle head rotates with the upper disc, and the bottle neck clamp is used to clamp the filling bottleneck, and the rail is flipped by one hundred and eighty degrees, rinsed and dripped, then flip 180°.
Filling Part:
>> It mainly consists of water tank, filling valve, guide rail and card bottle lifting device.
>> The bottle plate is fed into the filling machine, the bottle bottle plate is filled to hold the bottle neck, rotates with the water tank, etc., and the filling valve is opened by sliding on the guide bar according to the guide rail, and the filling valve is lowered after the filling is completed.
>> Filling valve, filling valve closes by itself. The bottle is sent out of the filling machine with the bottle.
Capping Part:
